Katie, 29, stepped out in a fresh casual look, wearing a striped black-and-white tunic over skinny black jeans, with a fashionable bright-coloured trenchcoat and Grecian-style sandals, for a mid-afternoon meal at restaurant Joan’s on Third yesterday.
