‘Iron Man’ takes off worldwide

“Iron Man” may have already earned more than $60 million worldwide, including an estimated Friday domestic take of $30 million or more for Paramount and Marvel Studios.
Overseas tallies already register more than $22 million, a figure that only accounts for admissions through Thursday in the 35 territories where Paramount Pictures released the movie. Non-Par territories include France, Germany and Spain, which means the overall foreign figure is probably more than $30 million. - From Variety
