Over at Amazon.com, when The Office 2nd Season, Grey’s Anatomy and Smallville’s 5th Season are kicking your ass, you have to get worried about “your brand.” We have extended goodwill to Star Wars, us fanboys can eventually get burned and stop watching/buying. Talk to a Star Trek fan or collector, you can’t give away their action figures anymore. (We feel JJ will help reboot that sentiment — and frankly we don’t care all that much about the new fx redo on STTOS — whatever..)
