Despite rumors to the contrary, golden couple KATE HUDSON and OWEN WILSON are not set to walk down the aisle.

“She’s definitely not engaged,” Kate’s rep tells ET. “She’s shooting a movie called ‘Bride Wars,’ which explains the ring she was photographed wearing.”
